A year of learning and sharing

Its already a year now since I joined The Max Foundation and I can feel the presence of Max right beside us and with us all the time.

It was through an acquaintance of mine that I got in touch with Viji Ma'am (Yes Viji Ma'am it was then and not my Amma as she is now). Well, I met her and some how managed to impress her. Gradually I started working with the Max India team, at first without a very clear idea of the work but soon I had the basic knowledge and a back ground as to what was expected of me.
In the beginning I was not very sure if I would manage the work well and perform as was expected of me. It was also a first time experience for me directly meeting and interacting with people who were undergoing medical treatment .As the days went by I realised that I was liking the work more and more and becoming involved with all that was happening.

As I started meeting the Friends of Max one by one I was thrilled to see their energy levels and the happy smiles on their faces at all times. I realised gradually that I was learning so any things from them, so many lessons that were essential to lead a good and fulfilling life. Besides this of course there were Amma and Ayeshah di encouraging me and boosting up my energy levels, always solving any issue without panicking and always with cheerful smiles.

My work place now is like my second home or rather I should say my first home as we spend so many waking hours here doing the best we can. (In fact we tell Amma that our office is as comfortable and comforting as our Drawing / Living room).

Its truly said that beautiful things happen to beautiful people with beautiful hearts in beautiful places. I have all my beautiful friends of Max with beautiful hearts.

I have learnt that the greatest glory in living lies not in never falling but rising every time you fall.

Each day I am learning new lessons of Love and care which are important to lead a good life.
